  LavenirAI is committed to protecting your data and limiting what data we collect and how it is used.  This privacy policy will explain how our organization uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website.

  •  What data do we collect?

LavenirAI collects the following data:

Personal identification information (PII) – 

  • Name
  • Address
  • Email
  • Payment Information
  • Company Name

App Session Information –

  • start date+time
  • end date+time

Lesson/Quiz Session Information –

  • module name
  • module ID
  • start date+time
  • end date+time
  • completion (true/false or %)
  • score (if applicable)

Negotiation Session Information –

  • negotiation name
  • negotiation ID
  • start date+time
  • end date+time
  • score
  • conversation transcript
  • generated feedback

Ask Harini and Negotiation Planner Information –

    • conversation transcript
  • user-input plan question answers, generated plan
  • plan/chat date+time created and updated

  • How do we collect your data?

You directly provide LavenirAI with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

    1.  Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.
    2. Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.
    3. Use the LavenirAI app, providing data directly or indirectly through usage.
  • How will we use your data?

LavenirAI collects your data so that we can:

  1. Process your order, manage your account, and provide secure authentication to protect your data and access to the LavenirAI app.
  2. Email you with relevant information.
  3. Provide the features of the LavenirAI app (such as the Insights dashboard, saved Feedbacks and Negotiation plans, and more).
  4. Debug issues with the app and improve the app features.
  5. We DO NOT train AI models on user-provided data, unless a user is explicitly providing that data for that purpose.
  6. The LavenirAI app relies on certain 3rd party services to function, and so we must pass certain data to third parties. Specifically, voice data from the app (only recorded during negotiations and other avatar interactions) is sent to either Google or OpenAI’s API for audio Text-to-Speech processing. That text is then sent to Azure’s OpenAI API or OpenAI’s API, along with the previous conversation history and any other user-provided data. OpenAI and Microsoft (Azure) do not use this data for AI training purposes (see their privacy policy: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/legal/cognitive-services/openai/data-privacy?tabs=azure-portal, https://openai.com/enterprise-privacy). The data passed to the Google API is controlled by Google’s data policies (which are some of the best in the world).
  7. When LavenirAI processes your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases. Purchase information, including credit card info, is stored on Stripe servers, since they are our payment processor.

 

  • How do we store your data?

We store data in Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, and MongoDB physically-managed cloud databases, in one or more of our service regions. Note, these service regions house our data infrastructure, but are designed to serve surrounding countries as well. Any data that is Personal Identifiable information (PII) for customers in the UK will be held only in UK based servers. Any data that is Personal Identifiable information (PII) for customers in the EU will be held only in UK or EU based servers. Current service regions are the USA, United Kingdom, and Singapore.

Data in these cloud services is only accessible to a limited number of senior software engineers in our core team, protected by private keys and passwords. Passwords are revoked or rotated whenever one of these engineers ceases work with our company. All keys are SSH-2 RSA with 2048 bit, and passwords are minimum 14 characters with random letters, numbers, and capitalization.

 LavenirAI will keep your PII during the term of your license with LavenirAI. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by 13 months after expiration of contract, or within 30 days of initial enquiry.

  • Marketing

LavenirAI would like to send you information about our products and services that we think you might like.  If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.  If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please click here and submit a support ticket.

  • What are your data protection rights?

LavenirAI would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

  1.  The right to access – You have the right to request that LavenirAI give you copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
  2. The right to rectification – You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request LavenirAI to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
  3. The right to erasure – You have the right to request that LavenirAI erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
  4. The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that LavenirAI restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
  5. The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to LavenirAI’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

  • Cookies

Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard Internet log information and visitor behavior information. When you visit our websites, we may collect information from you automatically through cookies or similar technology.  LavenirAI uses cookies in a range of ways to improve your experience on our website, including:  Keeping you signed in, Understanding how you use our website, Improving the functionality of our software and website, and for Marketing purposes.  You can set your browser not to accept cookies.
